Flew with my wife and our baby, which is always a relaxing, zen-like experience... if you enjoy carrying half your house through an airport. The staff were actually really helpful with the stroller and boarding, which made a big difference. Not everything moved super fast, but with an infant in tow, my standards for speed were already realistic. Overall, they made the trip easier for us, and it turned out to be a good experience.

"Passport check took forever… but okay, it worked"
The document check felt slow at first, and I was getting annoyed waiting for my passport to be approved. But then it finally went through, so I guess I can’t complain too much. It did work in the end, just wish it had been quicker.

My flight got cancelled. Getting the refund was a real hassle. They kept telling me to wait a few more days. The compensation details were confusing too. I did get some money back in the end. But only after I kept chasing them.

"Good flight times, but still took some digging"
I ended up using ajet.com mostly because the flight times actually worked better for me than the other options I was checking. Nothing was ridiculously early or way too late, which was a relief. I just wanted a flight that fit my plans without wasting half the day sitting around, but it took more effort than I’d like comparing everything first.
The booking itself was simple enough once I got there, and the schedule was clear. It definitely made the trip less stressful in the end, even if getting to that point felt like more work than it should have been. I’d use it again if the times stay this convenient.

My flight with ajet was fine overall, nothing special but it got me there. The baggage situation was what really annoyed me though. My suitcase came out much later than everyone else’s, and when I finally got it, one of the wheels was cracked. I went to the desk hoping they’d actually help, but they basically just told me to fill out a form and wait. From my experience, I’ve had cheaper airlines take better care of checked bags. Personally, I’d think twice before flying ajet again if I needed to check luggage.

"App left me hanging when I needed it most"
I’ve tried using the AJet app a few times now, and it just feels unreliable. It froze when I was trying to log in, and another time it loaded a totally blank page when I needed to check my booking. When you’re already dealing with airport stress, that kind of thing makes you feel completely left in the dark.
I ended up having to use the website instead, which was frustrating and not exactly convenient on the go. The prices seem fine, but the app really needs work. I wouldn’t feel comfortable relying on it right before a flight.

"Changing my ticket was a whole emotional journey"
I needed to change my flight date, and thankfully it was actually possible, so that part was a relief. But then the fees and fare difference showed up and my brain basically short-circuited. Like, why does changing one date feel like solving a tax problem? The website worked eventually after a few tries, so it wasn’t a disaster or anything, but I definitely wish the whole process was clearer and not so expensive. It got done, but I was mildly dramatic about it the entire time.

"Clean cabin, even on a rushed trip"
I flew with ajet last week and, even though I felt rushed getting through everything that day, I was impressed with how clean the cabin was. The seats, tray table, and floor all looked fresh, with no old crumbs or sticky spots. The toilet stayed tidy for most of the flight too, which really helped make the trip feel a bit calmer. Nice job by the crew

"Good routes without spending too much"
I’ve been using AJet because they fly to a lot of the cities I need, including some smaller places that aren’t always easy to get to. It makes planning my trips much simpler, and I can usually find a route without too much hassle. I also try to keep costs down when I travel, so it helps when their prices are reasonable compared with other options.

I booked through ajet.com because the fare was, I’d say, around 20-30% cheaper than the other options I checked. It wasn’t anything fancy, but it got the job done and felt like good value for what I paid. If their prices stay roughly in this range, I’d probably use them again.

It was the same issue as usual, barely any legroom, and the seat started feeling uncomfortable quickly. I was hoping it’d be better this time, but nope, just another cramped ride

"Better Than I Expected"
I flew with ajet twice this month, and both flights left pretty much on time. No cancellations, no last-minute stress, that’s all you really want sometimes. Boarding was simple too, so overall it was a better experience than I expected

"And the login and profile pages are a mess"
trying to use my Ajet Innovations account was such a hassle. It kept telling me my password was wrong even after I reset it, and when I finally managed to log in, my profile details wouldn’t save properly. The phone number field kept changing the format on its own, and the page froze a couple of times too. Really frustrating when all I wanted to do was manage my booking. The whole account section definitely needs fixing.

"Wish I’d understood the fare rules before booking"
Booking on Ajet Innovations itself was fine, but I regret not double-checking the fare rules more carefully. It wasn’t clear to me what was refundable or changeable until later in the process. Maybe the information is on the site somewhere, but it really should be much easier to see before you pay

"Cabin Was Too Hot"
To be fair, the flight itself was okay overall, but the cabin temperature made it uncomfortable. It felt way too hot for most of the trip, and there didn’t seem to be any real airflow coming from the vents. I asked the crew about it once, but nothing really changed. It ended up making the whole flight feel a lot longer than it needed to.

"Felt safe from takeoff to landing"
From the moment I boarded, the aircraft looked clean and well looked after. The seats and cabin felt like they’d been kept in good shape, and during the whole flight I didn’t notice any weird noises or issues. I felt safe the entire time, from takeoff right through to landing, so it’s 5 stars from me.
