Flew with my wife and our baby, which is always a relaxing, zen-like experience... if you enjoy carrying half your house through an airport. The staff were actually really helpful with the stroller and boarding, which made a big difference. Not everything moved super fast, but with an infant in tow, my standards for speed were already realistic. Overall, they made the trip easier for us, and it turned out to be a good experience.

To be fair, the flight itself was okay overall, but the cabin temperature made it uncomfortable. I felt safe the entire time, from takeoff right through to landing, so it’s 5 stars from me.
